The Opportunity

We are looking for an Administrative and Business Support Associate to provide administrative support for the Animal Health team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities for this position include coordinating cross-functionally locally and regionally and ensuring daily operations are carried out through regular timeline achievement and communication as well as process and data accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Budget and monthly OL preparation by coordinating with distributors and local team and providing detailed and accurate information

• Provide support in building KPI's performance reports and presentations in an accurate and timely manner

• Support operation management and sales development with distributors without business interruption from operational processes

• Forecast accuracy provided by distributors within targets on a quarterly and annual basis and monitor product forecasts, inventory and write-offs

• Ensure timely Product Readiness (PR) process and submission is completed on time by coordinating data collection with local marketing and technical team

• Ensure timely collection and management of sales and inventory data to manage risks and issues and improve team communication and collaboration

• Follow up with Distributor agreements when needed and participate in compliance monitoring and training actions

• Establish and execute effective and efficient administrative processes to maximize efficiency and drive continuous improvement

• Support ongoing projects/programs with organization, tracking, documentation and follow up

• Coordinate administrative tasks including events, travel arrangements and purchasing in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of business support experience

• Previous experience in Finance and Operations management

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications (Webuy, CORA, IVT) is a must

• Proficiency in Arabic and English in its written and oral form

• Ability to understand business information cross-functionally as well as with relevant external stakeholders

• Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical skills and problem solving

• Capable of organizing, planning, and prioritizing tasks
