Emerson Sales Engineer in Almaty, Kazakhstan

As the Sales Engineer, you will be accountable for sales and promotion of products and solutions based on Emerson Industrial and Natural Gas Pressure Regulators in various industries, for the implementation of sales strategy, execution of critical initiatives and achievement of business goals in assigned territories, for implementing the core strategies of the Business Line with external and internal customers. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and lead high-stakes negotiations in the assigned region!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Actively promote and sale of the Industrial and Natural Gas Pressure Regulators line of equipment & solutions in Kazakhstan, aimed at achieving business goals and meeting & exceeding Business Unit business plan.

  • Search and develop new business opportunities (industries, customers, applications) of the assigned business.

  • Provide support to customers on the entire line of Industrial and Natural Gas Pressure Regulators equipment, solutions and services.

  • Assist in the selection of the most effective and sophisticated solutions and devices, depending on the tasks and requirements put forward by customers.

  • Discuss and agree with the customer on contract terms: terms of payment, delivery time, delivery method, pricing policy.

  • Carry out technical calculations and prepare Technical commercial proposals.

  • Draw up contracts for the supply of products, specifications, protocols of disagreements and other documents for the sale of products in accordance with the internal procedures and requirements of the company.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Higher technical education (in the field of electronics, automation and control systems as an advantage)

  • Knowledge and experience with industrial fittings is a must

  • Experience in successful sales of equipment in this or related area min 3 years

  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Professional certifications that confirm your knowledge and experience in energy, oil refining, chemistry strongly preferred.

  • Outstanding sales and business development skills strongly preferred.

  • Deep professional understanding of sales & supply chain processes is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in working as regional sales representative is preferred.

  • Proven experience in effective customer relationships is ideal.

  • Advanced degree is a plus.
