Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $20 - $25/hr. Hours: 5 am 5:30 pm, Friday - Sunday Benefits of the precision metal finisher / deburrer: Competitive hourly wage & Benefit package Consistent work hours for a predictable schedule Room for advancement Chance to develop skills in deburring and machine operation Climate controlled shop On-the-job training and skill enhancement Stable shop with long term customers Duties of the precision metal finisher / deburrer: Precisely deburr parts under a microscope for quality control Utilize deburring tools to remove imperfections Operate a harperizer for finishing processes Operate a tumbler for further part treatment Work with a wide variety of hand and power tools Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards Perform blasting and cleaning tasks as needed Assist with any other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements of the precision metal finisher / deburrer: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience, specifically finishing experience and/or under a microscope Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints Capability to use a microscope for detailed inspections Comfortable with repetitive work and maintaining focus Pass a pre-employment drug screening Pass a pre-employment background check Additional Information: Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes for immediate consideration.
