You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:

As a Capability Analyst, you will serve as the crucial link between our Business Units and functional areas, including MDS for Workday support global tool. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across entire American region to understand and address issues related to Workday functionality.

Your primary responsibilities will include investigating, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to support specific challenges encountered by our users. Additionally, you will play a vital role in communicating new functionalities, enhancing user guides, and facilitating training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Experience working in a global team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR, or compensation processes would be advantageous.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases simultaneously and conducting thorough investigations to identify solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse teams and regions.

  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job specific requirements:

  • Previous experience with Workday functionality is essential.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, with strong communication skills tailored to interact effectively with both key users and technical teams.

Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia.
