Aston Carter Administrative Assistant/Front Desk in Boulder, Colorado

Description:

Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors

Support Senior Admin Assistant with the following:

  • Daily kitchen duties: snack/beverage/kitchen supply inventory and restock, general maintenance throughout the day

  • Organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities

  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and catering

  • Manage schedules for conference rooms and community spaces

  • Assist HR scheduling interviews

  • Scheduling and calendaring experience preferred

  • Monitor and maintain office supply stations

  • Manage Facilities Staff

  • Maintain daily communication with cleaning staff, reporting any issues, following up on items, etc.

  • Assist the HR with new hire onboarding items

  • Create nametags for desk or office, ensure space is ready for new hires

  • Pass out mail

  • Handle special projects as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2+ years of office administration experience

  • Strong sense of hospitality and customer service

  • Self-started, organized, and multi-tasking skills

  • Adaptable and flexible, ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft Outlook experience, calendar management and meeting scheduling preferred
