AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Our team helps AWS customers adopt GenAI and AI/ML providing guidance throughout the customer adoption journey.

The candidate will posses both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. They should also be a self starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.

  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.

  • Accelerate customer adoption.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.

  • Facilitate contract negotiations Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Expect moderate travel.

Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • +5 Years of relevant professional experience

  • Professional fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

  • Bachelor degree on technical fields
