What You Will Do

  • The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overall operations performance in Argentina, including direct operations. Oversee logistics, kitting, and customer service operations in Argentina, managing both direct and indirect operations.

  • Objectives include providing strategic leadership, promoting talent development, driving customer satisfaction, and optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs.Lead budget and headcount planning activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

  • Develop and nurture a high-performing operations team, emphasizing talent development and succession planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across all operational processes.

  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to optimize the distribution network and support the Go-to-Market strategy.

  • Manage third-party logistics activities to improve Service Level Agreements while meeting quality and compliance standards.

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators to proactively measure and improve operations performance.

  • Serve as an ambassador of Stryker's code of conduct and values, promoting a culture of integrity and excellence.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Advanced English skills required.

  • Previous experience in Medical Devices, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Automotive industries

  • High sense of customer service orientation.

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related fields are required.

  • Strong Experience experience in people management with proven organizational development experience.

  • Proven experience implementing and leading Lean improvement initiatives with a focus on operational efficiency using tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and 5S.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships that help achieve results and influence employees/managers at every level of the organization.
