TITLE: Wealth Management Officer - Retirement Plans (Full Time - Full Benefits) DUTIES/ DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for effective administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and profit sharing plans
• Consults with plan sponsor to ensure benefit plan meets the goals of the employer in plan design, employee education, and investment options
• Provides complete servicing of retirement plans including ensuring completion of compliance testing, required IRS filings, plan documents, portfolio realignments, and employee education meetings
• Assists plan sponsor and participants with inquiries on the benefit plan. Works closely with outsourced recordkeeping administrator on ongoing plan operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent client-relationship and presentation skills
• Bachelors degree and 3 - 5 years experience in Trust/Wealth Management retirement plan administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of ERISA
• Ability to read and interpret retirement plan and IRS documents
• High level of accuracy, detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
