Who are you?

 

  • Security-cleared Professional:  You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance – congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have an active Secret security clearance.

  • Education is important to us:  You have a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience.

  • We need your experience:   To be successful in this role, you will need to have 8+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager role.

  • Work from home:  Position is fully remote with occasional travel to the main work site for special events.

     

    What we do:

     

    The Delivery Manager (DM) will deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.

     

    What you’ll do:

     

    • Works with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translating this into user stories.

    • Leads the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.

    • Matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team.

    • Ensures all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).

    • Actively and openly shares knowledge of best practices.
