Who is Fusion Technology?

 

Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern residing in the heart of the beautiful mountainsides of West Virginia, steps away from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division's Headquarters. Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community. 

The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Agile development in the Product Owner or Product Management role.

  • Ability to work with business owners and understand their needs, while translating them into user stories.

  • Developing acceptance criteria and definitions of done 

  • Planning and prioritizing product feature backlogs

  • Supporting iteration planning

  • Maintaining requirements using tools such as DOORS NextGen (DNG) 

  • Supporting a development effort in the areas of web or application services

    Qualifications: 

  • Active Secret security clearance 

  • 3 years of experience as a Product Owner 

  • One of the following Agile certifications: 

  • SAFe Product Owner or Product Manager certification from Scales Agile, Inc 

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance 

    What we do:   

    The FBI CJIS Division is seeking the expertise and skillsets of individuals (like you!) to support the operation and maintenance of their mission critical System of Services (SoS). The SoS is a database that consolidates biometric information for use across law enforcement, the intelligence community, and the federal government. Fusion Technology’s mission is to provide the FBI CJIS Division with the corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance necessary to actualize their mission to protect the United States and preserve civil liberties.
