Job Summary

Responsible for building relationships with suite holders, for clerical functions, administrative support, and assisting in the operation as needed in the Premium Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.

• Maintain confidential files.

• Assist management staff in preparing confidential documents, including but not limited to proposed corrective action forms.

• Assist with staffing, including but not limited to: scheduling, time-keeping, and finding staff when employees call out on short notice.

• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with fellow team members, university personnel, administrators, students, and Supervisor.

• Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of event files.

• Perform daily and weekly tasks as needed.

• Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.

• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations as needed.

• Prepare timely liquor yields as needed.

• Assist in preparation of end of month reports.

• Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.

• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

• Must have current Food Handler's and TABC certifications.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

• Experience with Canva and Smartsheets a plus.

• Must be available to work all Texas A&M home football games.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
