We are looking for a skilled and brilliant product manager to join the Worldwide Product Marketing team responsible for managing and marketing products for the home. You will partner with teams across the company to define, develop, and launch new innovations that will make a positive impact in the lives of our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years Product Management experience with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to introduction

  • Technical track record working closely with engineering/technical teams from an inbound product management perspective including during early research and development

  • Proven experience working hand in hand with Creative, PR and Marketing teams from an outbound product marketing perspective

  • Press and media experience with success as a product spokesperson on a national or global level

  • Ability to synthesize technologies into product communication for broad audience including customers, media, analysts, and leading industry specialists

  • Best-in-class oral and written communication skills, as well as previous experience with press and media briefings

Description

As a member of the Worldwide Home Product Marketing team, you will be deeply involved in the definition of the roadmap, development, and launch of future products. Play an instrumental role where you will: - Synthesize technology trends, market trends, and user feedback to identify new product and technology opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Industrial Design, Human Interface, and Engineering to define roadmap and strategy - Define and evangelize exciting new features and concepts - Craft product positioning, key messaging and create product launch materials - Launch new products worldwide in conjunction with marketing communications, public relations, and events teams - Act as the product spokesperson in press briefings and public events

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree and MS/MBA preferred, or equivalent experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
