Davita Remote Analyst, Clinical Operations (DaVita IKC) in Denver, Colorado

Description An Analyst on the IKC Account Management Team will join the broader Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team to provide value-based care services and care coordination with the goal of increasing patient engagement, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs. Our Account Management team manages all national and regional health plan and health system partnerships focused on value-based care within the chronic disease space. This Analyst role will specifically support the unique needs of the IKC led End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) and primarily focus on ensuring sufficient provider networks in these plans in order to ensure appropriate patient access to care. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner across many lanes. It will also be a highly visible role, working closely with executive leadership within DaVita and with our payor partners.

This is a hybrid in-person/remote position with the option to be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities: The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Serving as account support for both small and large strategic accounts and delivering service excellence Partnering with internal operational, clinical, actuarial, finance, and IT teams to proactively coordinate process/project meetings, keeping minutes, and tracking action items Supporting day-to-day contact between internal teams and external partners Coordinating, escalating, and ensuring closure on requests between internal team members and external partners Supporting potential new program launches and unique clinical and operational pilot opportunities with external partners Tracking to contract terms inclusive of performance targets and process measures Providing regular, efficient communication to team leadership and other stakeholders Developing, scaling, and documenting new and improved processes, as needed Researching, assessing and documenting the changing needs and considerations of C-SNP and Medicare Advantage landscape Creating and maintaining a robust provider network tracker for existing and potential C-SNP markets and payor partners Running key special projects focused on benefits utilization analytics, pilot design and execution, and issue triaging with operators

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of general business experience Minimum of two (2) years' healthcare experience preferred; understanding of value-based care and/or shared risk partnerships a plus Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations, and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required with a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to efficiently utilize large data sets, draw meaningful conclusions and present condensed material skillfully Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility as a thought partner internally and externally Personal values in line with DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment & Fun
