What You'll Do

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, feedback, and requirements

Work closely with the Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our GRC product suite, ensuring it meets the expectations and goals of our customers

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend solutions, supporting critical compliance and risk management functionalities

Collaborate with frontend engineers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, enabling customers to interact seamlessly with our GRC platform

Engage with customers and partners, gathering feedback and addressing any questions or concerns they may have

Contribute to the overall architecture, design, and code quality of our GRC solutions

What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree or related software engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

Strong mentorship experience

Extensive experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, React, and Dart

Proficiency in frontend development to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect and implement scalable software solutions

Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to effectively collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $120,000.00 - $204,000.00 A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
