What you'll do In this exciting and pivotal role, you will become an integral part of AlixPartners' global Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team. You'll have opportunity to use a consultative approach to create cutting-edge, personalized L&TD solutions to meet the ongoing growth and performance needs of our people and firm. You'll be joining an accomplished and professional organization during a period of high growth, and you'll have a crucial part to play in shaping the development experiences we offer. The Learning & Development Solutions Lead position is in Southfield, MI and reports to the Learning & Capability Solutions Lead. Paid relocation is not available for this position. Consult, influence and collaborate with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and vendors to design and develop innovative, blended, capability-building solutions. Create engaging and scalable L&TD programs by leveraging technology-enables, multi-modal, and experiential approaches that drive tangible business results. Operate within an internal consulting practice where building trusted partnerships and delivering exceptional value are essential measures of success. Manage various L&TD strategic programs and campaigns, driving engagement and completion. Play a critical role in evolving our solution design approach, including how we create, curate, and deliver development experiences.  Plus, how we use cutting-edge methodologies and techniques to scale, deliver, and measure those experiences for impact. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed. Partner with the Talent Function, business leaders, People Business Partners, HR, and other stakeholders to consult, identify, and prioritize needs. Additional responsibilities as identified. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in L&D or related field, or minimum 5 years of associated work experience is preferred; advanced degree recommended. Demonstrated understanding of people- and business-centric design practices and methodologies e.g., design thinking, human discovery, problem framing, agile, data-informed design, impact mapping and ideation practices. A consulting mindset with strong results orientation, adding measurable value to your business. Experience employing a holistic approach to skill-building, emphasizing not only training, but also exposure to real-world challenges, supporting relationships, effective tools and resources that reinforce skills. The ability to adapt theories and best practices into practical, results-based solutions that align with business priorities.
