This is a great choice for an ambitious doer, maker and innovator. We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).

This is an exciting new position to challenge and optimise Warehouse and Distribution practices. Leading critical projects, it is a chance to directly contribute to the company’s growth and success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This position will be limited to 18 months.

This position report to our Supply Chain Business Improvement Senior Manager International.

Some of the responsabilities included are: Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and to create synergies across areas, analyse data to validate improvement opportunities, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, apply techniques and tools for process improvement

Support other teams on their change management journe,lead critical projects involving internal stakeholders and 3PL providers and coordinate projects activities, resources and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.

Key relationships with the Warehousing and Distribution teams with whom major improvement projects will be developed

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.

-University degree in Engineering, Administration, Supply Chain or Economics

-Experience within Warehouse and Distribution and/or 3PL providers (this is a must)

-Capacity to identify and act on process deviations and implement process improvements (this is a must)

-Experience in generating and delivering presentations and training materials.

-Practice with Supply Chain dedicated SAP modules (i.e. MM, SD, LO, PM, etc.) or other ERP system)

-Practice with MS Visio or other process mapping softwares

-Fluency in English is essential (this is a must)

-Very good communication and influencing skills (this is a must)

-Very good stakeholder management skills (this is a must)
