· Interface with clinical engineering team

· Training of clinical site personnel on device use

· Technical support at each clinical site

· Clinical site engagement, ensuring documentation is filed and organized in a timely manner, per protocol

· Technical interface between study sponsor and clinical site staff

· Follow policies and procedures per approved study protocol

· Communication and resolution of field issues

· Other related duties as required

· Ability to research and understand our competition’s products and capabilities and stay abreast of changing technologies

· Support and execute recruitment plan and strategies for pivotal study and post approval market launch

· Clinical education including patient engagement and peer to peer programs

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of field related medical sales and

or clinical case support related experience
