Essential Duties

• Wo rk c l o sel y w i th Production Supervisor i n maintaining customer accounts.

• Al w ays r ep r es e n t t h e Co m p a n y ’ s bes t i n t e r est , ma in t a i n t h e h i gh e s t le v e l o f in t eg r i ty a n d p r o f essi o n a lis m.

• Ma in ta i n a n d c are f o r co m p a n y e quip m en t, t oo l s a n d v eh i c l e s .

• P e rf o rm highl y ph y si c al landscape maintenance wo rk o n a c o nsis t e n t b a s i s .

• Lead a t e am of Landscape Crew members on a daily basis, ensuring that they understand and carry out their daily job assignments.

• Conduct Tailgate S afety Meetings as r e q u e s t e d b y ma n a ge m en t and keep record of attendees.

• P e rf o rm o t he r ta s ks o r p r o j e c ts a s a ss i g n e d / i n s tr u c t e d b y Production Supervisor or Account Manager .

  Requirements

• 4 years mi ni m u m p r e v i o u s r es i d e n t i al a nd / o r co mm e r c i al l a n d s c a p e maintenance e x pe r ien c e .

• M us t h ave a va l i d d r i v e r ’ s li c en s e w i th c le an DM V R a n d c u r r en t a u to insu ra n c e co v e ra ge .

• E x t en s i ve k n ow le d g e a n d e x pe r ie n c e i n maintaining large commercial sites.

• Basic k n ow ledg e o f pe r en n i a ls , s h r u bs , e v e r g r e ens , a n d tr e es.

• H ighl y m o t i vat ed , s el f- d r i v en , a n d de ta i le d o r i e n t e d.

• M us t b e p r o f e s si o n al i n a p p e ara nc e a n d a c t i o ns , along with excellent communication skills.
