Role Summary:

Reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager – you will be responsible for identifying staff learning & development needs, as well as planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate trainings to create continuous learning culture

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Engage & support staff at all levels to assess and identify learning & development needs through personnel development plan and wider organizational strategy

  • Develop & execute learning & development programs that support and meet the individual growth and development needs

  • Provide in-house training modules when required; select and develop training aids such as manuals, demonstration models and visual aids.

  • When subject matter expert is required, to evaluate & identify suitable training providers and work with them to ensure successful delivery of trainings

  • Track and report post-training evaluations or feedbacks to ensure effective execution of the learning & development programs

  • Support line managers or team members in coordinating training or development activities either individually or as a group using various training methods

  • Ensure knowledge on legislation impacting the organization’s training obligations is kept up to date and that statutory training requirements are met

  • Work with HR on the process and the overall delivery of induction program for new hires

  • Maintain a keen understanding of current trends, development and best practices to seek for learning opportunities the organization will need in the future

  • Support training administration; application for training subsidies and/or claim submission to HRDF

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or any relevant field

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management

  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
