We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products from conception to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.

• Roadmap Management: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic objectives, customer feedback, and business goals.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with overall product vision.

• Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features based on potential impact, effort, and strategic value, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product specifications, guide development efforts, and ensure successful product launches.

• Product Performance Analysis: Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• User Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels, incorporating insights into product iterations and improvements.

• Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including feature rollouts, documentation updates, and communication with stakeholders.

• Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally, communicating product vision, features, and benefits to stakeholders, customers, and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from conception to launch.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
