Amentum is seeking a Maximo Developer to support our Range and Aerial business line in Las Vegas, NV . The Maximo Developer support the day-to-day operations and system maintenance of Maximo 7.6.1 and associated interfaces. Participate in the requirements definition, design, development, testing, and documentation of enhancements, modifications and upgrades to the system. Monitor and respond to Maximo user help requests within the IT ticketing system JIRA.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Participate as part of the team performing upgrades to software when new releases are available.

• Support users during acceptance testing prior to migration of Maximo updates or enhancements.

• Prepare software requirements, design, code and documentation.

• Create and edit existing BIRT reports for different functional groups, customers and users.

• Support monitoring of existing system interfaces for errors and troubleshoot as needed.

• Assist in the creation of any new interfaces.

• Provide training and assistance to Maximo Mobile Informer users as needed.

• Create and update existing workflows as business requirements change.

• Work with users to migrate and/or import data.

• Manage and create user accounts and security groups.

• Perform updates within the various Maximo administrative modules to include Application Designer, Escalations, Comm Templates, etc.

• Write moderately complex SQL queries to respond to internal and external data requests.

• Provide support as requested in the development of technical proposals and provide input on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of Maximo experience in a technical role.

• 2 years of creating and managing BIRT reports.

• Excellent communications and analytical skills

• Position will require a Top-Secret clearance level. US citizenship is required to obtain US government clearance.

• Position will require a US Passport and Driver’s License.

• Ability to travel, as needed, for workforce training and project implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating and modifying Microsoft Power BI Reports.
