  4. Monitor machining processes, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
  6. Troubleshoot issues with machining equipment and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  3. Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.
  4. Experience with manual milling machines, lathes, grinders, and related equipment.
  5. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in machining operations.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
  8. Clear communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  9. Physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  10. Certification or formal training in machining or a related field preferred.
