Key Responsibilities: • Ensure food safety and quality • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned equipment to company standards • Must follow all GMP's and safety procedures • Inspect equipment in their area to ensure proper cleaning • Report any damage to equipment to supervision • Assist in other departmental areas as needed
