Robert Half Part-time Administrative Assistant in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role is crucial in managing front desk operations and assisting with various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel, and providing basic information about our services

• Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including sorting, labeling, and tracking packages

• Receive items for repair, input all relevant details into the computer system, and ensure accurate documentation

• Maintain a professional and tidy front desk area, reflecting our company's image

• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents

• Adapt with working hours and tasks, as there may be occasional needs to assist with physical tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for daily tasks

• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as needed

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction

• Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Familiarity with email correspondence, with a focus on professionalism and timeliness

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing calendars for multiple individuals if required

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
