Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a Field Service Manager (Artificial Lift) to be based in Midland, TX.
Manages the field service operations of an area.
Will be responsible for lower level P&L.
Responsibilities will include employee management and development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality, training, planning and budget management.
Job levels are determined by geography, revenue, job proficiency or experience, product/service system complexity or some combination of these factors.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Conducts all business activities in accordance to BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Core Values.
Bachelors’ degree, equivalent university degree or combination of education and experience.
10 years’ of Field Services experience.
5 years in Artificial Lift Systems.
Scheduling and optimization utilization experience.
Ability and experience working with customers.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience with Microsoft office products.
Current Field Services Supervisory experience.
Exceptional product and industry knowledge.
