Philips Inventory Shelf-Life Specialist - 2nd Shift in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania

Job title:

The Inventory Shelf-Life Specialist is responsible for performance and monitoring of shelf-life operations whether it be directly performing or coordinating day-to-day inventory actions across the IWD scope.The Inventory Shelf-Life Specialist is also responsible for executing Inventory Controls, and related processes, as needed to ensure timely completion.

Your role:

  • Front-line performance of the shelf-life review and disposition, where applicable, at Mt. Pleasant warehouse.

  • Training, Oversight, and Monitoring of shelf-life processes across S&RC IWD landscape.

  • Support the development and implementation of a semi-automated and robust shelf-life process.

  • Support more wide-spread utilization of SAP Batch Management in the S&RC portfolio.

  • First point of contact for on-site, cross-functional personnel.

  • Act as SAP inventory processes subject matter expert.

You're the right fit if:

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Five or more years of experience in Inventory Control or other Supply Chain discipline.

  • Three or more years of transactional experience using SAP.

  • Two or more years’ experience related to shelf-life controlled materials.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).

  • Critical thinking and investigative skills.

  • Ability to lift as much as 40 pounds.

  • Occasional travel up to 15%

  • Forklift certification.
