A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

• Selling and promoting our diabetes products and services portfolio in line with the Norwegian sales and marketing strategy.

• Working closely with external key stakeholders and business partners to overcome capacity barriers to grow business in the defined territory.

• Developing, implementing and maintaining strategic plans, fiscal year objectives, quarterly action plans and sales call logs for all accounts in Salesforce on a daily basis.

• Using key reports/data to analyze territory/ account performance to maximize business growth.

• Keeping up to date with health-economics, reimbursement and tender processes with potential to influence tender outcomes.

• Understanding and complying with Medtronic policies and serve as an ambassador for Medtronic.

• Being willing to take on added responsibilities and projects when needed.

Must Haves

· Bachelor’s degree in science or business (or equivalent level qualification)

· Knowledge of Diabetes therapy – clinical or care-based experience

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

· Strong business acumen, excellent planning and organizational skills

· Proven track record of building a robust stakeholder network

· Enthusiastic, driven, innovative with a can-do approach to business and life

· Willingness and ability to travel – clean driving record

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of Medtronic Diabetes portfolio

  • Knowledge of the Norwegian diabetes community

  • Proven, successful selling experience from the medical industry
