Description: L ooking for a proficient and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to operate and produce high-precision parts according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation, as well as a strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

● Prepare and set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials and loading required tools and fixtures.

● Develop and modify CNC programs using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to meet product specifications.

● Adjust machine settings and tool offsets as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency

● Operate CNC machines to manufacture components in compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.

● Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.

● Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

● Perform regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.

● Identify and address deviations from specifications, making adjustments or notifying the appropriate personnel when necessary.

● Participate in quality control initiatives to continuously improve production processes and reduce defects.

● Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

● Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to machining operations and equipment usage.

● Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining challenges.

● Provide timely feedback and reports on production status, issues, and recommendations

● Mainly Okumas (lathe/Mill/Turn Lathe)

● Horizontal Milling

● Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation.

● Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and interpreting engineering drawings. (Mastercam)

● Strong knowledge of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials.

● Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output.

● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.

● Physical stamina and dexterity to work with heavy machinery and stand for extended periods.

● Strong adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
