Job Summary: Systems Engineering Lead (Fully Remote - Must be located in Wisconsin) Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft DFS, DHCP, and DNS? Are you passionate about leveraging your technical leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence in network infrastructure? We're seeking a talented individual to join our clients team as a Systems Engineering Lead. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Microsoft DFS, DHCP, and DNS technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, serving as a subject matter expert in systems engineering best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable and resilient network solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of new and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on existing infrastructure and recommending strategic initiatives for adoption.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, security, and efficiency, while adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Expert level system administration skills for MS Windows servers and other core services like Group Policy, DFS, DHCP and DNS to manage, monitor and support our clients managed applications servers
• Active Directory Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting
• Expert knowledge in supporting certificate services
• Experience implementing technology best practices
