Description

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a reputable law firm in San Diego looking for a Full-Time Senior Associate Attorney with experience specifically in labor and employment. The position pays well (200K+ bonus), they offer great benefits, and the firm has a family feel to it. The role is 65% employment litigation and 35% employment counseling. You would be expected to have experience in PAGA, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employer counseling. The firm really values their relationships with their clients as they know a lot of their clients personally. The firm also prides themselves on work/life balance. They attorneys all have families and they have super manageable work hours. Your billables would only be around 1500-1600 giving you plenty of time to do things outside of work as well.

Requirements

• 7+ years of employment litigation experience

• Experience in representative actions (PAGA), discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employer counseling

• Licensed to practice in CA

• Strong writing ability
