Amazon GDO Global Services Program Manager, AWS Marketing in Seattle, Washington

The Global Demand and Operations (GDO) is part of AWS Marketing, Technology and Measurement. Our mission/goal is to improve AWS customer’s cloud journey in order to generate demand throughout the buyer lifecycle, through personalized human engagement, advanced lead management technology, and best-in-class language experience.

As GDO Global Services Program Manager, you will support the team across reporting and analytics, process improvement, internal communications, and budget management. We are seeking a data-driven, organized and passionate individual, who can dive deep to improve process efficiency and solve problems for stakeholders across the regions. You will work cross functionally, engaging with Program Managers, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Tech and Business Leaders on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in global environment, and invent and simplify processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • 1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience

  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management

  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial

  • Experience using data visualization tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
