This position is part of a small team of experienced professionals working together to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and technology resources. This position involves the support of Enterprise Information systems for the OSU/A&M System Institutions. This position will be responsible for ticket management, analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues in the Business Systems area. This position will work closely with Management, developers and other IT teams/employees to provide excellent service. This position will routinely create, review and revise user documentation, departmental documentation, and service procedures as needed. The ideal candidate possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professionalism, prioritization skills, and a working knowledge of (SQL) are required. A background of customer service, problem analysis, system testing, and writing documentation is also helpful.

Periodically this position requires work after normal working hours and requires continual availability by cellular device. The incumbent\'s rate of pay includes compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device.
