UL, LLC Field Specialist III A&I in Sunter, Indonesia

  • Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe.

  • Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system.

  • Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task.

  • As needed, support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level.

  • Support the Program Manager and Team Leader, as needed, in specific project-based work in CBCI and Operations.

  • Support Program Manager in development of training content related to advisory services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English.

  • Coordinates and assist with logistics and tracks works.

  • Participate in team development.

  • Read and follow the UL Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

  • University degree in related field.

  • Preferably 1-2 years working experience.

  • Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires; bi-lingual preferred for U.S. hires.

  • Exposure in CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is preferred.

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred.

  • Strong skills in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues preferred.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Ability in analyzing and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability in inter-human communication skills with factory management.
