The College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) is currently seeking an Academic Success Advisor to advise our online and Tempe-based undergraduate students. This position will primarily focus on students in our Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Technical Communication programs. In this role, the Academic Success Advisor acts as a key contributor to promoting and supporting student retention and timely progress towards degree completion. Working in a team-based model, academic success advisors, support students from admission to graduation through a range of virtual and in-person academic advising and support strategies. There are five characteristics that make the very best academic advisors: critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, collegiality, and most importantly, caring.
