You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.

  • Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.

  • Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.

  • Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.

  • Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

  • Experience in customer service, logistics or sales support

  • Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)

  • Solid communication and problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure

Como Revenue Growth Planning Manager liderarás al equipo responsable de la gestión comercial proporcionando las herramientas y los datos necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del negocio y el crecimiento rentable de nuestras marcas en cada canal. Siendo las principales tareas:

  • Análisis y revisión de la performance de las marcas en el mercado para identificar los ajustes necesarios en las palancas comerciales

  • Gestion de la arquitectura de precios de todo el portfolio y presupuesto promocional para ejecutar las estrategias de marca

  • Revisión de la estructura de márgenes y acuerdos comerciales de cada cliente para su alineación con la rentabilidad de la compañía

  • Velar por la politica comercial entre canales y gestionar su corrección en forma preventiva

  • Participar del proceso de demanda para construir el perfil de volumen esperado alineado con la estrategia de precio y promociones

  • Construir los objetivos comerciales (IT)

  • Dar seguimiento semanal al avance de ventas para entender desvíos vs el objetivo y proponer los ajustes necesarios

  • Desarrollo de herramientas tecnológicas/digitales para expandir granularidad y simplificar procesos

  • Trabajar en el proceso de change management para la incorporación de las nuevas herramientas analíticas a los procesos de planning de la BU

Job specific requirements:

  • Gradudado/a de Ingenieria industrial, Administración de empresas, Economía, Actuario o carrera afin.

  • Conocimiento de Excel avanzado excluyente.

  • Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado.

  • Conocimiento de Power BI deseable

  • Experiencia en áreas de pricing, revenue, planeamiento de objetivos de venta o de producción.

Work schedule:

Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9:00hs a 18:hs
