City Wide Facility Solutions Sales Executive Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma

This Sales Executive will generate sales leads and produce new client business., maintaining their Top 100 list. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle: propecting, cold calling, setting appointments, building surveys, proposals, closing.

Ideal candidates are (1) self-starters with a hunter’s mentality and (2) motivated by earning potential.

On Target Earnings are $100K; A-players have made $150-$170K.

You'll be the professional face of the company, selling janitorial services - most businesses use a janitorial service. We take the load of facilities maintenance off the shoulders of General Managers, office managers, and other leaders as an extension of them.

What you will do in this role:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.

  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.

  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.

  • Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Operations team.

  • Maintain and manage your “Top 100” list within your territory in the CRM.

  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 2-8 years of Sales experience required (non-retail)

  • Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment

  • Cold calling (phone and in the field)

  • Strong outgoing, dynamic personality

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings.

  • Tech-savvy
